• 27/11/2017 13:22 VIAGOGO Dear Bob, We are contacting you regarding your order 13095617 for Cape Town Sevens Rugby - Sunday on 10 December 2017.We are very sorry to inform you that your seller was not able to provide your tickets as originally ordered.

Therefore your transaction has been cancelled and you will be refunded the full purchase amount of ZAR3674.00. We will refund your order back to the same payment method you originally used to purchase the tickets. Please allow for up to 10 days to receive the money back to your account. viagogo is a platform that enables ticket sellers to reach customers.

Ticket sellers range from individuals with a spare ticket, to multi-national event organisers. When a seller is unable to provide the tickets they have advertised for sale, we step in and make every effort to find replacements which are comparable in category and price. Despite our best efforts, there are exceptional circumstances where no similar replacements are available, in which case the seller is not paid, and we provide customers with a full refund. Kind regards, Stephen NO !! We want our tickets that we paid for in June which were confirmed. We are shortly travelling all the way to Cape Town for the tournament. What you have done is unacceptable and has a smell of a SCAM !!

How do tickets get confirmed in June and then disappear two weeks before the tournament. How does an order for tickets get confirmed and then are cancelled ??????? What are you doing about this other than "WE ARE SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE" And yet they were confirmed. What about our costs for travel and accommodation?

Your service is UNACCEPTABLE !!One cannot order tickets for an event well ahead of time, make arrangements and pay for travel and accommodation after the tickets are confirmed and then one week before the event have them disappear.
