Failed to give me my tickets
I booked and paid for Jeremy loops tickets tonight - I travelled for this event . The tickets never came - they offered me a refund - they told me too late to be in line for spare tickets and totally spoilt my and my other three friends evening - And they hide behind oh we dont own the tickets etc etc - in other words they are selling sobething they dont even have

Order 54371**** Complaint
I purchased two tickets for the Bulls vs Sharks rugby match on 14 September 2024. The tickets were purchased after the match had started, and I was hoping to get there in time for the second half.
Upon arrival at the venue, I was unable to view or download the tickets on your app or online with the link that had been emailed to me. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the stadium at an extra cost. I am only contacting you today because I just wanted to get into the venue at the time, and was unaware that your offices were open on Sundays. Surely you can trace the order number and see that the tickets were not used.
I have screenshots of the blank pdfs that were saved every time I tried to download my tickets. I honestly feel this is grounds for a refund, since it was your app and link that were not working.

Couldn't download my ticket as I had logged in as a guest so I couldn't log in to get my ticket - a problem on your system
The help I recieved from the help centre was a great and I was given a code to log in and download my ticket so everything was sorted - the ticket was also emailed to me

Charging of ticket
I purchased a ticket for a concert and the amount that they charged for a specific seating option was not at all the same amount that they eventually charged from my bank account. There fees for using their site is almost 100% of the value of the actual ticket. I did make contact with them, but they refuse to refund me as it is against their policies.

I just bought a chris brown ticket doing a follow ip
This company is a scam and it seems like you have no happy customers. On the email you said i will receive my ticket within 72 hours but when i call you say the day of the event if possible. How does one pay thousands for no service delivery.if you see please refund my money, but just no that nothing is forever and nature always take its cause even if its after years.

Their practice is unethical. It's nothing short of highway robbery.
Once you swipe your card the charge is double You dont get what you paid for.. The response I got from customer service was that it was my fault?

I bought tickets for Robbie Williams's show in November last year. The show is tomorrow, 25 Jan 2025, and I still haven't received my tickets.
A person can't speak to anybody; I don't get proper feedback if I lock it.
I don't know what to do any further... It sounds like I have been ripped off, but I will not leave this; I am definitely taking this further!!!

This company resell tickets at higher prices and at the venue we found out our tickets was cancelled .We called but to no avail and still no refund

SCAM bought tickefs did not pay price as on site MUCH more.
This company should spell its name SCAM. Shame on you!
Sell tickets without row or seat numbers, will only deliver tickets 2 hours before show how come. No thank you.

Absolutely terrible, fraudsters, scammers, take money months in advance then 2 days before event fail to produce tickets. I am definitely going on a mission to expose these scammers!
Where is one supposed to read your terms & conditions. Does that include Viagogo taking money in advance earning interest then refunding without interest!!!
How about you answer my questions about your terms & conditions that I would love to read if I could have access to them

I purchased 2 rugby tickets on the website thinking that is the price of tickets for the game but to find out that I actually paid triple the price of the tickets if I had gone directly to ticketpro this is pure entrapment, not a very ethical way of doing business, Shame on them...I would expose them on carte Blanche..

The ticket supplied was useless and not recognised.
At the event I had to purchase another ticket because the one supplied by Viagogo was deemed false.
Was a rip off.

I had once paid for a ticket to watch the sharks game against the bulls. I bought the tickets yet i presed the eticket option but instead gave me the physical option only.
I relisted the tickets seeing as that lots of money was out of my account.
Shipping was paid for and wasnt shown pricing of . I would like to be refunded of these shipping costs as that i have never received these tickets and they've been relisted.
