Viagogo Fraud!!! Fraud!!!

Fraud!!! I purchased tickets and entered my details, the purchase was complete and suddenly the transaction was for a different amount which was 3 times more than what I authorized.

I am extremely annoyed with this online booking company. I was quoted R59.00 per ticket for a Sharks vs Stormers at Kings Park.

We booked 4 tickets! I was then charged AED124 (Emirates Dirhams) which came to over R500!

When I called the help centre they told me the tickets were offered in Dirhams which is completely wrong! We relooked at the website and everything is in Rands.

Even if they were offered in Dirhams, the total would have been AED236 and not the AED124 that we were charged. Stay away from this company!

No tickets arrived. Thought we would take a chance and go with the order number and proof of payment to the event, we of course were denied entry and had to purchase again.

I might add we paid Viagogo 3 x times the actual cost.

We were sadly not the only people to have been scammed by Viagogo for this event, many many people were too having to buy again. Viagogo refused to refund us as "we should have called them on the day of the event!" Thieves.

I did not receive my tickets I purchased online last week for the Sunrisers cricket game at St. George's on 14 January.

Order number: 63324****.

I bought tickets for Allan Committees show on viagogo. When we arrived, it turned out there was no tickets.

Was told its a scam and happend to other people as well at this show.

Also tickets were extremely expensive, just to find it never existed. Furious

Hello, I brought a ticket for Gagasi Beach Festival FM by mistake. I would like to cancel and have a refund.

I want my refund as youre not contactable. Ive logged a dispute with my bank for your dishonesty.

Why are you unable to send me tickets I have purchased with the amount of R7695 instead you sent me R799 tickets?

I have bought 2 concert tickets from Viagogo for Keyshia Cole order #54309****. The concert has been postponed twice and then canceled. I have not received any communication regarding a refund and would like to request one, please.

The email with tickets were sent in July but the code in the app had a padlock. It is now open but when I scan the code only the number on the barcode is captured, not the actual ticket.

Also everytime I go into my Viagogo account it will not let me sign in and I have to reset.

How am I supposed to downloaf the tickets now? I fly from DA to Sydney on the 19 Aug so need the tickets before that

I am pissed off even more now. I write my complaint, you ask for verification, I change to your email to pick up the number and the original page with complaint has disappeared. Twice this has happened

I will follow up later, I need to sell if not getting help. The system is not helpful to conclude the queries that requires resolution.

Talking to a personnel assisting should be the other option if resolution is not done. How should I go now that solution is not received

I bought 5 tickets for Benjamin Dube tickets costing R1950. I was charged R16 800.

I am still struggling to get my money back as I immediately cancelled since 18 February.

Viagogo is a scam and is used by scammers. It must be cancelled as a ticket seller.
